Blair Morrison was a four-year varsity football letterman at Princeton University. At the wide receiver position, Blair stands sixth all-time in career receptions and, after his senior season, received the Charles W. Caldwell trophy for improvement over a career.

He has six years coaching and personal training experience, covering California , New Jersey , and Washington D.C. He is certified by the American Aerobic Association International, the International Sports Medicine Association and has supplemental certifications from Sports Specific Training and Crossfit.

Blair's commitment to doing relevant, functional training the correct way has been noted throughout his career, both as an athlete and as a trainer. This ideology continues to drive him today. |
