Along with his academic background and years of expertise in athletics and bodybuilding, Chickaro's professional career includes an extensive knowledgebase in the medical arena of physical fitness training and rehabilitation.

Chickaro is a certified physical fitness trainer with nationally accredited institutions such as NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and IFPA (International Fitness Professional Association). |

He has trained numerous clients pursuing bodybuilding and modeling competitions with a focus on nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Chickaro's vision for Project Fitness is to provide an exciting and life-changing source for personal fitness and outdoor fitness programs promoting health and wellness in local communities throughout the Washington, DC area. |

As a consultant, Chickaro delivers presentations, conducts workshops and creates working modules for corporate wellness programs to be facilitated in organizations such as the US Navy's leaders and management. In addition, Chickaro presents interactive classes regarding wellness and fitness at businesses such as the Samuel Institute, Alexandria , VA. |

Chickaro was also a key consultant for the committee supporting the first National Physical Activity Plan, supported by Michelle Obama that is to be passed through legislation in May 2010. |
